How 596 Lithuanian business websites handle enquiries.
We checked the homepages of 596 Lithuanian companies that sell high-value services. Many make it hard for a ready buyer to get in touch.
In October 2026 we checked the homepages of 596 Lithuanian companies that sell high-value services, from solar installers and builders to real estate agents, car dealers and clinics. We looked at one thing: how easy it is for a ready buyer to get in touch.
What we found
- 42% have no contact form on the homepage
- 39% have no phone number you can tap to call
- 70% offer no way to book a time online
- 77% have no Meta Pixel on the homepage
- 91% have no Google Ads tag on the homepage
- 75% have no chat or messenger window
- 45% show no reviews or ratings on the homepage
- 48% show no prices or price guide on the homepage
Why it matters
Each missing piece is a moment where a person who already wants to buy can leave. A phone number that cannot be tapped means copying digits on a small screen. A missing form means a visitor at 21:00 has no way to leave a request. Missing tracking means the business cannot tell which ads bring customers, so the budget is set by guesswork.
How we checked
We took 668 Lithuanian companies from Google Maps that sell considered, high-value services. 596 websites opened. On 8 October 2026 a script read each homepage once and recorded what was in the page code: a form, a tap-to-call link, a booking tool, a chat window, reviews, prices, the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag.
What this does not show
- Only the homepage was checked. A company with a form only on its contact page counts as having no form here.
- Tags loaded through Google Tag Manager can be invisible in the page code, so some sites counted as having no Meta Pixel or Google Ads tag may have one.
- The companies were chosen as good-fit prospects, so the numbers describe this group only.
