Dental, aesthetic and medical clinics

Clinic marketing within the rules: a full diary, no promised results.

The Dial Agency does marketing for dental, aesthetic and medical clinics in Lithuania: a website that answers patients in the first five seconds, Google and Meta campaigns written inside the advertising rules for health services, online booking and reminders that cut no-shows, and a Monday report on cost per booked visit. Free five-minute audit first; plans are fixed monthly fees agreed after one call.

What we found on 32 dental, dermatology and medical clinic websites.

Clinics are ahead of most Lithuanian businesses on booking and phone numbers, and behind on measuring what their marketing brings. Checked in October 2026 as part of our study of 596 Lithuanian business websites. Your free audit shows where you stand.

Where the customers go missing.

01

Rules nobody explained

In early 2025 the Lithuanian Dental Chamber published the most common advertising mistakes and the consumer authority VVTAT announced checks of more than 100 dental clinics. Most owners learned the rules from a warning.

02

A registry that works office hours

Patients compare clinics at 22:00. The phone is answered from nine to five, and the form is read the next morning.

03

No-shows and gaps

A doctor's hour stays empty because the patient forgot, and nobody had time to call the waiting list.

04

Growth that depends on referrals

Recommendations fill the diary slowly and unevenly. A new doctor or a new service has no patients for months.

05

Ads that cannot be judged

Clicks and reach are reported, booked visits are not. Nobody knows which campaign paid for itself.

06

Trust built one patient at a time

The website shows a building and a price list. It does not show the people, the process or the reviews that make someone choose you.

What next month looks like.

1

22:15, a question

A patient asks about implants through your site. They get a reply within a minute with the next free consultation times and a link to book, without any health details collected.

2

The next morning

Your registry sees the booked consultation, the service they asked about and the campaign it came from. A reminder goes out two days before and on the morning of the visit.

3

Monday, the report

Spend, enquiries, booked and attended visits and cost per visit, by service and by campaign. You decide where next month goes.

How the system works, step by step.

A patient chooses a clinic on trust and convenience. The system makes you easy to reach at any hour, shows the people and the process, and measures bookings instead of clicks, all inside the rules for advertising health services.

  • Rules first. No patient names or images, no promised outcomes, no before-and-after content where it is not allowed, no sensitive health details in marketing forms. You approve every claim before it runs.
  • Booking at any hour. A reply within a minute, a booking link in the reply, and a waiting list for cancellations. The registry picks up the booked visits in the morning.
  • Reminders and reactivation. Reminders before every visit, a message after it asking for a review, and a recall message when a check-up is due.
  • Measurement. Calls, forms and bookings are tied to the service and the campaign. The Monday report shows cost per booked visit, so budget moves to what fills the diary.

Three ways to start, from free to full.

Every step is priced in public. What you pay for a done-for-you product is credited toward a plan if you sign within 30 days.

The doubts we hear, answered straight.

"Health advertising is too risky."

The risk is in claims, not in channels. We write within the rules, you approve every line, and we keep a copy of what ran and when, so a check from VVTAT is a formality.

"Our registry handles enquiries."

It handles them from nine to five. The system answers at 22:00, books the visit and hands it to the registry in the morning, so nobody is replaced and nothing waits.

"We cannot show results, so what do we advertise?"

The people, the process, the equipment, the prices and the reviews. Patients choose on those, and all of them are allowed.

"We are a small practice."

Start with the free audit and the Growth Audit. Many clinics fix the booking link, the Google profile and the reminders themselves and come back for ads later.

Questions we get asked.

Which clinics do you work with?
Dental, aesthetic, dermatology, ophthalmology and general medical clinics, and single-doctor practices. Each specialty has its own rules, so we plan each one separately.
Can we use before-and-after photos?
Only where the rules of your specialty and the platforms allow it, with the patient's documented consent. In most cases we show the process and the people instead.
Do you handle patient data?
No. Marketing forms ask for a name and a contact, never a diagnosis. Health details stay in your clinic systems, and we design the forms so they never reach ours.
Which booking tool do you use?
Yours, if it has a public booking link. If not, we recommend one that fits a Lithuanian clinic and connect it to the replies and reminders.
How long until the diary fills?
Replies and reminders work from the first week. Campaigns need four to eight weeks of data before cost per visit settles. Nobody can promise a number of patients.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. The Growth Audit is €397, credited toward a plan within 30 days. Plans are a fixed monthly fee agreed in writing after a 20-minute call.
